In 1968, Target changed its three ring bullseye logo to the one currently in use. It has become one of the most recognized corporate symbols in the United States and can be seen from space painted on the roof of at least three Target stores (don't believe me?
Google it).
The original Xbox logo was pulsing with power and even would tear out of the screen on occasion to demonstrate the ferocity and power that it contained. The 360 logo, on the other hand, still bears the familiar green "X", but it is in the core of a metallic sphere, which holds this power within and appears ready to unleash it when needed. Ironically, the logo is a sphere and not a box, but nevertheless it is an original iconic and clean design that evokes technology and digital mastery.
In 1941 in support of America's war effort, Pepsi changes the color of its bottle crowns to red, white and blue. This bottlecap shape evolved into a closer representation of today's logo in 1973 when the font changed to a more boxed look and less like the "cocoa-cola" typeface. In 1999, it evolved into a three-dimensional glove against an ice blue background.
